Leading Edge Performance are planning to host cricket coaching sessions focusing on some key aspects of the game, which will include fast bowling, batting, and cricket specific strength and conditioning relating to batting and bowling.
We are looking to guage interest for the dates and sessions, following which we will be able to provide further details. for now, we are planning on Sessions to be held on thursday 8th June in the bay area, CA.
Expert coaches including former international and world cup winner Liam Plunkett, and Former international cricketer rusty theron
structured sessions that include our systematic T20 format:
warm up and specific preparation; Specific S&C preparation (The Powerplay)
Bowling, Batting, fielding skills, fitness and education (The Middle Overs)
challenges, games and skill execution (The Death Overs)
Sessions are planned for 2 hours, cost: $150 per session, per person.
