NOTE: THESE PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED FOR juniors from U15-U19 WHO HAVE ACCESS TO STANDARD GYM EQUIPMENT INCLUDING: BARBELL, DUMBBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, CABLE MACHINE, RESISTANCE BANDS, GYM BALL.
CARDIO EXERCISES CAN BE PERFORMED ON EQUIPMENT SUCH AS TREADMILL OR STATIONARY BIKE, OR CAN BE PERFORMED OUTDOORS OR AN INDOOR TRAINING CENTER. SOME SPEED AND AGILITY WORK ALSO REQUIRES AN AREA TO PERFORM.
