PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Our Premium membership includes our core program plus the addition of a higher level of personalization for you and your training. Our premium members will get:

  • a monthly video or voice call with your coach in order to discuss and assess your areas of strength and weakness, previous or current injury, and performance areas to focus on

  • premium nutrition content, including a calorie counter, monthly meal and snack ideas, and 3 day meal plans

  • in the same way as the core programs, you will have access to your own profile on the teambuildr app, as well as nutrition resources, and the ability to track and record every workout, with your advanced personalization included in to the workouts.

NOTE: These programs will be modified to ensure that all equipment required is available to the player. all aspects will be discussed and incorporated in to our program during your monthly evaluations and discussions. To maximize outcomes it is recommend you have access to standard gym equipment including: barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machine, resistance bands, gym ball.

Cardio exercises can be performed on equipment such as treadmill or stationary bike, or can be performed outdoors or an indoor training center. some speed and agility work also requires an area to perform.
